Touch these creatures

Like any other creature, we are human creatures.. we have names and types and shapes and sizes, like all creatures do.. we vary, we live, we love, we feel, we have targets and goals and a life span.. and so do other creatures too..!

Cats, dogs and other fuzzy furry creatures enchant us with their cuteness, we adopt, and love them, we live with them for years even and we get attached to them, because they fill out a certain gap or need that us humans have.. They interact with us, we feel we get them, and even most times, they get us.. it's why when it comes to cats and dogs we feel a certain connection with these creatures..
But what I could never understand, is why we think ourselves higher than other creatures in this world.. when we aren't at all.. Dogs and cats aside.. what about those other creatures? like insects.. ants, cockroaches, bugs of all kinds. Why are we repelled and disgusted by these creatures? Why do we automatically assume that their lives are not worth it..? ;

If a bunch of ants gather around a piece of leftover food, we automatically get the insecticides and kill them all heartlessly? They are simply just gathering some food for the winter, like any other creature does.. They mean no human any harm!! We kill them because they are trying to eat.. just like that!? Take that for an example.. what if we were ants.. living in a small ant nest in some human's house.. and we go out gathering some food, we die gathering food.. or someone of our family dies in front of us.. or someone we simply love..! why don't we think of these creatures like we think of ourselves.. They have feelings too, every creature in the world has feelings, whether they are aware of it or not!
Now I’ve seen some people who sympathize with ants, but when confronted about cockroaches, NO! they are disgusting creatures who deserve to die.. what?? why?? –
"Cockroaches are dirty and they live in sewers"
Okay.. but this is how they are, we live in cities, they live in sewers.. this is our environment and that is theirs.. we would be as disgusting as them if we didn’t shower for example, but they don’t have the concept of “showering”, we differ from eachother, and we have different habits, that doesn’t make us better or worse, we just are, and they just are too. Also, did you know cockroaches are actually disgusted by humans? to them, we're the disgusting ones!
"they intrude into my home! I won't kill them if they don't come near my home!"
Ahh.. the home thing.. but you see, they don't realize that we came up with this whole territorial system and divided our world into bits and pieces, each piece belonging (rightfully, by law) to each person or people.. They don’t have a “land”.. if we were to push them out of all the owned locations, so what? We make a cockroach land for them to walk around freely without getting killed?.. the world is the home of all creatures, we have no right to kick them out of the home they’ve been in long before we existed..so a cockroach was just peacefully passing by.. taking a walk...
“Cockroaches scare me, I kill them as self defense"
bahaha.. yes defend yourself against the killer cockroaches please.. kill them before they kill you!

Mosquitoes mean no harm, they are simply eating and they will leave you alone when they are full, if you stop waving them away! How tiny is a mosquito? How much blood can it possibly “drain” out of you? And we all know that amount of blood-loss doesn't really do you any harm.
I can go on and on rambling about each and every insect, the same goes for bees, worms, crickets, beetles.. etc..

We are hostile against all sorts of other insects.. we run away from them, we kill them.. but it doesn't have to be that way.. They don't harm us.. why are we harming them? Because we have brains and they don't? .. If having brains is ever meant for us to be on a higher level than other creatures, then the first thing our brains should be telling us to do, is think logically and understand that they are living, loving creatures too..!
TOUCH these creatures! Hold them.. Treat them like you would a dog or a cat.. If they can't express themselves to you like cats and dogs do, that doesn't make them enemies.. that doesn't mean they don't feel.. Even if you can't communicate with them.
LOVE those creatures..! Look at how beautiful they all are, each and every one of them, unique in their own way.. Look at their colors, how all the elements that form them combine beautifully, to make this tiny little creature that lives among us..

Everything in this world fits together perfectly to form this big connection between all creatures.. look at it from the bright side, we feed ants, they clear out our leftovers.. bees make us honey!  Each and every insect serves a certain purpose that benefits us too!!
We are important to them, as much as they are important to us.. so why are we killing them?
