Like any other creature, we are human creatures..
we have names and types and shapes and sizes, like all creatures do.. we vary,
we live, we love, we feel, we have targets and goals and a life span.. and so
do other creatures too..!
Cats, dogs and other fuzzy furry creatures enchant
us with their cuteness, we adopt, and love them, we live with them for years
even and we get attached to them, because they fill out a certain gap or need
that us humans have.. They interact with us, we feel we get them, and even most
times, they get us.. it's why when it comes to cats and dogs we feel a certain
connection with these creatures..
But what I could never understand, is why we think
ourselves higher than other creatures in this world.. when we aren't at all.. Dogs
and cats aside.. what about those other creatures? like insects.. ants,
cockroaches, bugs of all kinds. Why are we repelled and disgusted by these
creatures? Why do we automatically assume that their lives are not worth it..?
